Before you send anything to us it is always important that we first jointly make an assessment of the scope of work involved and to decide on to which of our workshops you are best to send your product. For easy and smooth handling, it is important that you enclose the following information:

  • Contact person, phone number, e-mail address
  • Error Description
  • Please state if you would like to receive a price quote before we start to work on a service, maintenance or repair jobs, or if the matter concerns a warranty repair.
